After having some not so good experiences at a few Jiffy Lube locations to do my oil changes I'm so glad I found Meineke! Staff are friendly and knowledgeable I always feel like they have my best interest in mind and not trying to sell me things I don't need. Meineke always has mailer coupons in the RJ magazine for oil changes, I usually can't take advantage on those because my car uses synthetic but I always walk away happy and feel like I'm in good hands!

Last week my water pump started to leak so I was looking for a reliable shop in my area. I spent a few hours on the net checking out many shops and finally decided on R&M. Glad I did, they replaced the water pump and had my Jeep ready for me in just a few hours at a very fair price. (week later no leaks) The thing that impressed me was they did not try to upsell me for other repairs like belts or hoses which they informed me they checked. Future repairs will be done by R&M. Avoid at all costs!!! I contacted this repair shop about dropping my vehicle off after hours. I dropped my vehicle off on a Thursday evening at 7 PM. I followed the instructions and left a note with all pertinent information and the keys in their dropbox. I was parked in a designated spot in front of their business. I instructed them that I would be on vacation for the next several days and to call me with information about my vehicle. I never heard from them and when I returned they did not know where my vehicle was! I found out it was towed on Saturday evening from their lot. They had never checked their lockbox all day on Friday, but when they did discover my note and keys do you think they called me? Absolutely not. Total ignorance.
