I like Meineke because of the honesty. Honesty is hard to come by with car repairs, especially if you're a woman who doesn't have the man support to go with you! The several times I've been here, twice I was saved by a little do-it-yourself advice. They provide you with self-research first, something I've never experienced at any other car repair shop. Unless it's a major malfunction, they will tell you what you need to do before you bring it in for repair. If what they suggested does't work, they're friendly and efficient to take your car in to get the job done. Wonderful staff, are clear cut and to the chase with the explanations and problems.

I have a 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee Diesel. I was in Vegas for Bowl EXPO 2013 and a certification from IBPSIA. After my third day there the AC in my Jeep stopped working. I checked the compressor and it was engaging but no AC. In June Vegas is very hot. I drove down from the Seattle area so the difference was incredible. I checked with the local dealerships and just to perform an evaluation was going to be between $75 and $125 depending upon which dealership I spoke with. And I was told the repair could exceed $1800 on the high side. I did a search through Yelp and found Paul's. I called and spoke to the John's assistant. I spoke to John and he said an evaluation would be $20. Since the car is out of the extended warranty so going to Paul's seemed like a good alternative. They have extremely high marks from all the web site reporting sites so I felt safe in my decision. Within a few hours after taking the car there I had the news about the necessary fix. Just to be on the safe side they recharged the AC and the system was working fine. However, the condenser was leaking and would most likely fail within a short time. I ask how much it would cost and how long it would take. They estimated a cost of $700 and would have it ready the next day. Well the total cost came to $698 and it was ready by 10AM the next day! John showed me the faulty part. I've very rarely gone to a repair shop with that kind of integrity. As an out-of-towner I figured my wallet was fair game. With Paul's I could not have been more wrong. I would not hesitate to recommend Paul's Automotive Repair to anyone! In fact I'm thinking of making a pilgrimage to Vegas just to have them service my Jeep!

I had been looking for a mechanic shop that had experience working on Infiniti G35s. Paladin actually had (3) G35s that they were working on when I arrived there. Eric and the staff diagnosed the problem correctly and fixed the issue. Pricing was very reasonable and they performed a free 27 point inspection on my car. It was much better than taking my car to the dealership and I will certainly use them again for future maintenance and repairs!

My 2002 Nissan quest runs better than when I first bought it 4 years ago, after being repaired at Master Automotive. I liked the fact that John quoted a final, price prior to my repairs, this shows that he has confidence in the abilities of his mechanics to get the job done right and that all problems were diagnosed and there will be no unnecessary added costs later. We have been coming to German Motors since 1998 when it was owned by another owner. In approximately 2000+ Daniel purchased German and we continued to bring our cars here. Over the years we have had three Mercedes serviced, diagnosed, repaired here at German, and the thing that keeps us coming back is the honesty and integrity of the shop. Never have we felt we were treated unfairly, nor have we ever experienced what we felt to be unnecessary charges tacked onto our bill. Greg, one of the Service Representatives, is a trusted representative for the Company, who we trust implicitly to give us the straight scoop when we bring a vehicle to the Shop. We honestly have nothing but good things to say about German Motors and will continue to be a customer of theirs with our vehicles.

Initially, on Sunday 2-16-14 I was calling around to find a specific set of tires for my car, since it is all wheel drive and needed them to be the same as what was on the vehicle prior. As I called around to several other tire shops within the West Las Vegas area, I had no luck whatsoever until I called the 7735 W Sahara Ave Las Vegas, NV 89117 store. Jeremy answered, and was incredibly helpful. I explained to him the situation, and he let me know about the buy two get two promotion, as well as the Tire Works credit card. Since I didn't have quite enough money to get the four tires, I would need to get the credit card to be able to proceed. When I arrived to the store, Jeremy continued his excellent service. He approved me for credit minutes after I filled out the application, and he got the car started. Jesus, the technician also was amazing, and did an excellent job with the vehicle. I told them that I was going to be taking the vehicle for a long trip for my grandmother's funeral the next weekend, and needed to make sure it was ready. I would have never thought to come to Tire Works and receive this incredible level of service. I work in the automotive service industry, and have great passion for both aspects, of course. I will strongly encourage others to come here, and plan on having the guys do suspension work and tires for as long as I am living in the area!
