Auto inspection service near Las Vegas, NV

got car washed on 5/1. have reciept. rained on 5/6. called re guarantee for free re-wash. Said I would have to come in today or they could not re wash. I am sick today . they will not honor rewash tomorrow. got ready to go anyway. it is raining outside so what good is it to have car rewashed? I feel I got screwed. Guarantee is not as good as it sounds. customer service stinks. for 20 years I have gone to this car wash, & this location. I will now change to a new company that has been advertising on TV name is Freddie someting. If I could give this a 0 rating instead of a 1 star it would be more accurate! First of all the guy didn't know what he was doing and second of all he over charged me. The signage says $19.99 and he charged me $29.99 and I ask why and his answer was it was a heavy duty vehicle. On there own from it shows it as a light duty. Plus there is no where that it says their is any kind of extra charge for anything. The place I use to go to charged me the the posted fee and never more. So, don't go to Smog Busters you have no idea what you are going to get.

BIGGEST RIP OFFS!!!! LIARS CONSTANTLY CHANGING THEIR QUTOES was told there is a 85$ charge for a mechanic to come out and work on the vehicle and that the 85 goes towards the work they do the "mechanic" who came out said the complete opposite i asked if he was the owner he said no yet he is the ONLY person who picks up the phone so he's lying about his position When i called to ask about their services and what may need to be worked on the car the only thing i was told is that if the transmition or engine needed to be pulled that they could do any work needed The mechanic/owner said the complete opposite Was NOT able to complete the job so the complete experience was nothing but a HUGE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THESE RIP OFF ARTIST BETTER TO HAVE YOUR CAR TOWED TO A REAL MECHANIC THAT CAN AND DOES REPAIR CARS STAY AWAY!!!
