Worst experience ever! I am from out of state went to this location and Kim worked on my vehicle and left it leaking for a trip back to Texas from Nevada, when they were called after I realized the vehicle was leaking they stated that they went over problems with me prior to me leaving! Bad Business practices at this place. Terribles is worse than Terrible no words to explain, if you are from out of town or state stay away, their District Manager Quinn states that they are right and believes what they say not even caring that a 1300 mile road trip was going to be taken back, he believes that somebody would drive a new car back while it was leaking in the middle of nowhere! BEWARE.... BAD BUSINESS....

BIGGEST RIP OFFS!!!! LIARS CONSTANTLY CHANGING THEIR QUTOES was told there is a 85$ charge for a mechanic to come out and work on the vehicle and that the 85 goes towards the work they do the "mechanic" who came out said the complete opposite i asked if he was the owner he said no yet he is the ONLY person who picks up the phone so he's lying about his position When i called to ask about their services and what may need to be worked on the car the only thing i was told is that if the transmition or engine needed to be pulled that they could do any work needed The mechanic/owner said the complete opposite Was NOT able to complete the job so the complete experience was nothing but a HUGE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THESE RIP OFF ARTIST BETTER TO HAVE YOUR CAR TOWED TO A REAL MECHANIC THAT CAN AND DOES REPAIR CARS STAY AWAY!!!

First of all the guy didn't know what he was doing and second of all he over charged me. The signage says $19.99 and he charged me $29.99 and I ask why and his answer was it was a heavy duty vehicle. On there own from it shows it as a light duty. Plus there is no where that it says their is any kind of extra charge for anything. The place I use to go to charged me the the posted fee and never more. So, don't go to Smog Busters you have no idea what you are going to get.
