I spent a few hours on the net checking out many shops and finally decided on R&M. Glad I did, they replaced the water pump and had my Jeep ready for me in just a few hours at a very fair price. (week later no leaks) The thing that impressed me was they did not try to upsell me for other repairs like belts or hoses which they informed me they checked. Future repairs will be done by R&M. Thanks guys ......Erle

Their mechanics are all Nationall Certified to the highest industry standards. They will recommend some services that need immediate attention and others to watch out for in the future. They stand behind their repairs with outstanding warrnaties as well. They are more than happy to only sell you parts and offer information on the best way to install them as well. I recently purchased a used car fom EMC for my daughter to drive, that is how much I trust in the quality of products and customer service that EMC provides.

They have worked on all the family's cars and saved everyone money in long run. He fixed my daughters car every summer over College break and never had a problem during school year. Tonight I was in a accident on the far east side of town and was lucky enough to catch Sammy and his son long after closing time and he rushed across town to save the day and tow my car. Sam and Lanny are honest GOOD people who do very good work and stand behind their repairs. I have seen Sammy eat a $1200 bill to make things right on a job someone else had screwed up. This boy complaining about radiator repair for his Mother's car; I find to be not plausible and Lanny's description totally plausible from pass experience. They value their great reputation and do not do business in any other way but honestly.
