We own a 2016 Entegra that has a recall on the Temper-Pedic mattress a... read more We own a 2016 Entegra that has a recall on the Temper-Pedic mattress and Entegra Corp told us to go to any dealer that handles our coach and they would replace the mattress free of charge with a sleep number bed. We ordered the mattress from Crystal at Paul Evert in Bullhead city on Nov. 26, 2016. She told us it would take about a week to get the bed. We decided to stay two 2 weeks just in case it took a little longer. We checked back after the week and they said it did not come in yet. We told her we were scheduled to leave there for Parker, Arizona. She said no problem they would come to Parker, Arizona and deliver it. We arrived in Parker Dec 12th and waited for her call. She never called us. We called again and was told it was coming in Dec. 20th. Still no call. Finally we called after Christmas and she said they would deliver Dec. 29th. before noon. We called again at 1:00pm. she said they would get it to us that afternoon. No one contacted us to cancel. The next day on the 30th no call so we called Entegra and told them the runaround we received from Crystal. Terrible customer service. We will never do business with them again or for that matter with Paul Evert. Ive seen a lot of negative reviews for Paul Everts and now I believe that what other customers have said is true. You'd think they would figure out why they get bad reviews.

Bought a used motorhome and they didn't even clean it up like promised on delivery day. They do the least that is possible that they can get away with. The service guys will tell you anything of why things might not work on the unit. Will not return to their lot or recommend them.
