The service was great, Jimmy was a pleasure to talk to over the phone and even nicer in person. He fully explained what was going on with my car and exactly what they did. The price for all the work that was done on our car was very reasonable. I didn’t feel ripped off like I have in the past at other mechanics. Had a fantastic experience over at Brookside. It's never convenient to go without your car, and body damage repairs are always a mystery... But Paul and Richie over at Brookside really take care of you. I mean, I was blown away by their responsiveness, patience in explaining everything, and resourcefulness in arranging rental cars and dealing with insurance companies. My truck was back exactly when they said it would be. And it hasn't looked this good since the day I brought it from the dealer.

They successfully repaired my German made car (BMW) and were quick and courteous. I would recommend them to people who live in Long Island.

Warning please don’t go to these scammers, they charged me 700 to fix the heat in my car. Then go on to say sorry the heat only works on the passenger side and ac only works on driver side and to fix THAT issue they will charge me another 200 for diagnostic and from there it will be anywhere from 1k to 3k more. All they did was change the heat motor in the car which another Machanic I took it to said would have been 200. To top that off they left my driver side window open in the rain and now my car has a puddle in it. PLEASE be aware of these guys they will scam you I promise.
