Collision repair service near Brightwaters, NY

my first car accident I was recommended by my insurance company to go to grobens. I was apprehensive at first but the staff was very friendly and helpful. I had the estimate done and got into a rental all right in the grobens office. the repairs took a bit longer then I was initially told but the work was great. I couldn't even tell my car had been in an accident. overall I was very happy with the repairs and would definitely go back. lets just hope I don't have to :)

They post a lifetime warranty on their web site but that's false. They do not guarantee their work! Had my car fixed there and they refused to fix it without additional charges. Be sure you take a picture of your engine and gas level as they will siphon gas and give you old parts (if your parts are newer). They put an older battery in my car that died withing a week. They'll deny everything, so you'll be stuck with additional repair costs. They made a mistake by repairing my car and thought wrong because I know about cars, just can't perform body work. Beware as this place is NOT reputable. Go elsewhere at all costs!! Gave 1 start because I could not give negative stars.

Brought my Honda in after an accident, they have Great customer service very friendly, had my car back in no time at all and it was like nothing ever happened! Would recomend this shop to anyone looking for an amazing and honest body shop. No corners were cut and my car feels like the day I bought it Kenny Magnan

Our daughter was recently involved in a motor vehicle accident. We called our mechanic, who immediately recommended Cannon Collision, and advised us to speak with Paul. We contacted Paul immediately, who said that he would gladly take a look at the vehicle. After bringing the car down, Paul went over the entire car with a fine tooth comb. I mean, this guy's thorough. I felt immediately at ease, for his expertise and his respectful tone proved to me that he was definitely a class act. Paul was in touch with us consistently from day one. He even offered to give us a lift to the rental car company, and even contacted a few for us while we were in his office. When we went down to pick up the car today, I couldn't believe what I saw - the car looked like it just pulled off the showroom floor! Our vehicle is 11 years old, and it hasn't looked that good in YEARS! The entire car was completely detailed, inside and out, and my daughter even commented that she loved how clean the car was! The entire experience, which could have been horrific, was smooth from the get-go. Paul and all the guys at Cannon Collision made this experience so much easier. The car handles really well now, and all work is 100% guaranteed. Paul said that no vehicle that ever leaves his shop is unsafe, which rested my mind as a parent. I was in an accident and i needed a new bumper and my quarter panel repaired. Pete and the guys were very nice, honest, professional and got the job done quickly. If I ever need body work done I'm going there.
