Collision repair service near Brooklyn, NY

We are long term former residents of East Meadow and had used Hy Grade Auto Body in the past. We were back in NY for a visit over the Christmas holiday and were in a jam because of a minor accident. We brought our car to Hy Grade on Friday afternoon and needed it fixed that day since we were driving home to Florida that weekend. Justin suggested that we leave the car for a few hours for him to look at. He called us back at 3 PM to say the car was ready. When we picked up the car, it was as good as new. Justin saved the day! The service that John and Jen provide is like no other repair place I have ever been to. The family atmosphere is felt the moment you pull into the lot. The work is amazing and done with Honesty and care. The staff explains everything to you down to the last bolt. The office is like the family kitchen with thier dogs there and everybody laughing and relaxed. Northfield Collision was by far the most pleasurable experience I have ever had when getting my car repaired ever.

Horrible customer serive and below average workmanship. Quality of parts used were also low standard. Would not recommend this place for your repairs.
