you couldn't even get my oil change right. I told ya my car needed 0W20. I told you in the beginning you didn't even listen. thank god I saw your guy grab the wrong oil (5W40) other wise I would have driven home without knowing my car got a wrong oil change . I also came for amsoil and you got me something completely different. The wrong oil you put in my car was not amsoil and the later one you changed was not amsoil either after you realized you made a mistake. The oil was something from a steel drum. who knows what's inside there and the guy who pump the oil out the drum didn't even know how much he should pump. at that point I already felt unsafe and I quickly googled another service center that had amsoil and was just a few miles away. I went there (my car was already driving weird tho) and the manager or supervisor immediately knew what oil my car needed and how much it needed after lookup in his computer. He brought the oil to me and it's exactly the amsoil my car uses. I changed the oil again there and what upset me again was that the tech told me the oil filter was leaking. What a nice job you have done. and after failing to perform this basic work, you still charged me 150$, for unknown quality of oil and unfit oil filter. do you even feel shame? stop throwing those BS canned messages like "Please call us at 516-518-5552" to show you care but in fact you don't at all.

In another life,when I wore a much younger mans clothes- I was a collision painter. This is a highly specialized skill,as color matching is an art. I mention this to qualify my recommendation. After some better than average driver merged into the side of my car on the southern state, my trusted mechanic referred me to John / Concours auto body, as he knew what a fussy prick I can be- and how important the right job is to me..cost being secondary. The job was clean- ( no overspray on the car, primer nor overspray in the jambs, compound snot in the seams . .)- Body/seam putty work was top shelf and perfectly matched factory applications- Paint color and orange peel match was flawless- Service was timely and as promised. Having seen what some other body shops offer up as a "professional" service, I would safely say Concours auto body stands out in the crowd.

ROB the owner has been fixing cars for my family for the last 20 yrs, a true professional and genius at his craft, my truck not only came out awesome, but he went above and beyond in cleaning my rims and making my truck look just as sweet as the first day i bought it..kudo's to you and your staff for a job well done

I own a 2014 Honda Pilot and was hit in the front 3 months after I purchased it. The damages on my car looked prety bad, but evn so thank goodness I had no injuries. My car was towed from the scaene of the accident by the police departement to Perfection Auto Collision were the next day I had the pleasure of meeting Wayne the owner. Eventhough my car looked bad Wayne gave me the confidence not to woorry about a thing. He called the insurance company and handled my claim the beging to end without one glitch. When I came to pick my car up I was amazed at the way it came out, it looked like it was a new car again. I highly reccomend Perfection, and Wayne was such a nice person to deal with. My car was impaled by a 7 foot 3x3 post at 70 mph on the LIE, crumpling my roof and shattering my windshield and damaging some of the interior. Steves did a phenomenal job, head to toe. My car came out beautiful, and he even vacuumed, cleaned the dash with armor-all, and put a new interior light in the car. He also dealt with the Insurance Company directly and handled everything. I literally dropped the car off and picked it up when I was done. So happy I went to Steve to get my car bodywork done. And no, I did not know Steve beforehand. He came as a referral from my babysitter. I would recommend him to anybody.
