They did not come through. I do believe that a failed ignition cylinder can be fixed but apparently he did not want to devote the time to fix it. It took me 8 days to realize that he was not giving my car the service that it needed. I initially tried to give him the benefit of the doubt. But after having to initiate all the calls to his shop and losing confidence, I realized that he was not going to do the job. I ended up towing my car from his shop with no apology from him or no effort to meet me half way with the towing. The address is actually 109 route 112.

I too have been bringing my cars to Tilden for many years and really appreciate the attention and quality service they have received. They treat their customers like family and will go out of their way to fix your problem and get you back on the road. The service was great, Jimmy was a pleasure to talk to over the phone and even nicer in person. He fully explained what was going on with my car and exactly what they did. The price for all the work that was done on our car was very reasonable. I didn’t feel ripped off like I have in the past at other mechanics. This is not simply a service and gas station - Joe is a community member. When I buy gas in another town, I feel like I'm cheating ! We vote with our dollars every day - and it's important to support our community members. They also have pick up and delivery service for repairs and are always timely! Deirdre Ventura
