The mechanic diagnosed and researched the problem and found the repair was covered under our car's power train warranty. He handled everything for us, kept us updated on progress, and the car was repaired back to top notch condition. My family and I had just left Canada when my van started to act up! My 6 month old, 3 year old and 5 year old were stranded outside of Good Guys and with temperatures high all I found myself doing is crying! Not only was it a holiday weekend and everything was closed but I knew it was going to cost me an arm and a leg to fix my car to be able to drive home to PA, also I was expecting to have to find a hotel to stay for the night. I went into the garage where I saw a man who has waist deep in a different van. I asked if he could please look at my van and he immediately stopped what he was doing, opened the sitting area for me and my family, and looked at my van. He was able to find the problem, repair it and send me on my way in a matter of 10-15mins! Not only that but it also was the cheapest repair job I ever had to pay for! To me and my family he was a LIFE SAVER! I have no idea what we would have done if he wasn’t there! The place is in a small town and the outside of it doesn’t do it justice! You can tell he loved what he does and if I ever needed repair again around there, they would get my business 110%!

This place is terrible. The owner treats customers like he treats his worst enemie. Avoid doing business with them. I'm going back to Tread City in NT. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY FOR AGGRAVATION.
