The staff at this repair facility handled my vehicle repair with ease,they provided me with simple repair options at a great price.. Thankfully this small family owned shop is in existence ,growing up there was one on every corner,these days now have big chain shops with school trained mechanics that have NO hands on experience. Never again will I go to PEPBOYS . Made an appointment for 10am. Just needed new tires, oil change, and wipers. Stayed there more than four hours. 3 hours in and they hadn’t even put my car on the alignment rack. I was late for work.

This is the worst towing company. They almost broke my wheel! Couldn't tow my car. Tried to tell me what was broken, but couldn't show me any evidence when I asked. AAA needs to drop them. No one has even apologized to me.
