I am very pleased w/the work Miranda & Sons Automotive did on my 1998 Mazda B2500 w/168,000 miles. It is my only truck that was not running after I got laid off in May. Luis understood my situation and worked w/my situation. If I did not have the lower front ball joints replaced I was possibly looking at serious future problems. I love my truck and it rides almost like new w/all the work his team did. Very professional and a nice team to work with. He also threw in a oil change. I'm happy I found a new mechanic! Honest!!!! We had a simple problem that could have been worse. Fixed while we waited and charged a minimal fee. Will only use this facility, very happy!

I went in for a flat tire and these guys were great. they fit me in right before they closed and couldn't be nicer. I thought they'd tried to get me in and out so fast but the mechanic stayed after his shift was over to help me. I couldn't be happier with the service so even though I own a Honda I brought my car to them for my next service. Its been 4 years now and I still feel like a friend when I walk in and Joe, Mike, Helene and the gang make me feel comfortable, like they're not going to rip me off like the guys in new rochelle. thanks for staying honest, dch toyota city has a class act bunch. I may even buy a toyota next month when my lease is up :0)

I experienced problem with my exhaust system when out of town. When I returned late in the afternoon, I contacted North Road and they were able to get me right in and complete the repair quickly. Very experienced with common problems for my vehicle make. Great job.

Hello Everyone, I would like to share my repair experience with foreign auto repair service: Both Glenn & Lisa were consummate professionals during the entire process of troubleshooting my diesel Range Rover. They kept me abreast on the entire process, provided a thorough photo of all the work provided with photos of the work conducted allowed me to use their car while they repaired my car which is above and beyond generous. Glenn kept me posted through txt messages daily. They isolated the problem, worked with the warranty company on the repair cost ensured I understood what I was responsible for on the repair cost and returned my car back repaired. Thank you for the great service it’s appreciated. I will be back hopefully not to soon but when needed I will entrust you to work on my again in the future. Joe V. ??
