Autotech of Danbury is the best place to get work done on your automobile. I found them when I ordered snow tires earlier and sent them to a local recommended business to mount; their service and manner was excellent and when I mentioned them to a friend from here, she said oh! We've always gone there. I just now had to switch out my snow tires for new regular ones; George spent a great deal of his time helping me understand what I needed and searching for the best prices. They're fast and efficient. Working with George, Annie and their staff is easy. This is now my number one automobile place!

They earned my trust and loyalty with their fair prices and honesty. The work they performed on my cars is superior to all other service stations AND the dealers I have used.

I can't thank Mike enough for his expertise in auto repair! I had an emergency while traveling and Mike was skillful, efficient, honest and kind. He clearly has tremendous experience. Finding an excellent auto repair shop is a wonderful thing and if I lived in the Fishkill area, Wits Auto Repair would absolutely be my auto shop.

Performance is as good as it gets. Need a car, reasonable? Coby has choices for you. Need service? Johnny will get you back on the road quickly and very reasonably. Our family goes nowhere else when it comes to cars. Sounds like we're related. We are not. I brought my car in for an inspection and failed for the drive belts. I saw them, they did have cracks so i said change them. When it was done I saw the bill. My car requires 3 belts. 2 belts were 65.99 EACH and 1 belt was 52.99. A grand total of 184.97 for drive belts! I looked around for the price of these drive belts online, the most expensive one i could find was 17.99 same brand. I then called Midas to find out who their supplier was to find out the actual cost of the belts, but they told me they are not sure about which one they get the belt from and just gave me the number to a supplier who i called and found out he doesn't sell those belts to them. I went back to see the manager to discuss the bill and prices. I realize he doesn't make the prices, but its the first person you have to bring these matters to when you have an issue. He is good at his job, first telling me that i agreed to the work and paid for it, then after pressing him for any more information on anything i can do, he said i could get an estimate from another place that shows the price of the belts for a price match. So i call another Midas, I figured stay with the same company so all policies/gurantees are comparable only parts prices would possibly be different, it was 45 mins north of where i live and got an estimate and brought it in, by this point he relays a message that he will meet with me outside. I imagine this is so the the other customers aren't effected by overhearing what i am going through. By the way i am a military service member in uniform, so i was in no way losing my bearing under the situation. I understand that this is a process and as with most complaints it will take a while before you get anywhere with it. The manager looked over my estimates and noted that the only difference was the price of the belts at about 100 dollars cheaper at the other Midas, which also offers lifetime warranties. He then gave me a fax number to send the estimates

Went to BE Wise today for an inspection and after waiting for more than an hour, I was told by the owner that other customers were going in front of me because they were getting oil changes. He said and I quote, "I don't make money on inspections so the oil changes go first". Folks if the owner is only interested in money, I would not trust the recommended repairs and or service from this shop. I will not be going back to BE Wise and you would be wise not to either.

I experienced problem with my exhaust system when out of town. When I returned late in the afternoon, I contacted North Road and they were able to get me right in and complete the repair quickly. Very experienced with common problems for my vehicle make. Great job.

Hello Everyone, I would like to share my repair experience with foreign auto repair service: Both Glenn & Lisa were consummate professionals during the entire process of troubleshooting my diesel Range Rover. They kept me abreast on the entire process, provided a thorough photo of all the work provided with photos of the work conducted allowed me to use their car while they repaired my car which is above and beyond generous. Glenn kept me posted through txt messages daily. They isolated the problem, worked with the warranty company on the repair cost ensured I understood what I was responsible for on the repair cost and returned my car back repaired. Thank you for the great service it’s appreciated. I will be back hopefully not to soon but when needed I will entrust you to work on my again in the future. Joe V. ??

Needed state inspection and oil change. By the end of the service visit, they had managed to find $600+ in repairs to perform. When the car arrived at home, it was leaking oil. Upon returning the car to the shop, they stated it was just over-fill dripping (despite the fact that the oil was coming from a hairline crack in the oilpan. That leak continued until the next opportunity to get the car serviced. I made the mistake of returning to Goodyear 44-plaza to have the oilpan replaced. They took 3 days to do the service but didn't call on day 3. On day 4, they said, "we may not have called you yesterday but it was ready then." From the moment the car left the lot, it made a roar like something was connected incorrectly or like the muffler had been damaged. They said to bring it back tomorrow. I have taken my car here several times and this shop finds hundreds of dollars of service and repairs with each visit. More recently they have caused more harm than good. I will not be returning and I recommend you find a reputable service shop rather than visiting Goodyear.
