I took my new car for some detailing... only to find a damage in my window on drivers side...To be exact a puncture on glass and a scratches...I asked for the phone number in order to file claim... manager Raul told me there was no number would have to sue the cooperationi.its self! After calling police, and bring upset for what seem like for ever. The price to fix unwanted damage $435... A lot of paper work involved to get money for repair back... Not letting this slide!!!!

I am extremely satisfied and appreciative of the work that the staff at Tolima Auto Center did on my new car. Recently I bought a Acura Mdx and from day one it had a pull. I took to dealer many times, and didn't realize they sub the job out to Mavis next door to them. Once I realized I ran right to my old faithful. Rices automotive. The car was perfect after that...thank God for them.

Recently had my minivan detailed after a gallon of milk leaked in my trunk. The smell was so bad that after i attempted to clean it up it still smelled awful. I then went to a different car wash and spent 65 dollars and all it did was look better, but still stunk. So i finally gave in and took it to get a complete interior detail. I was hesitant because it seemed pricey but they guaranteed the work and I even found a coupon online to save me $25. When I picked up my car I was surprised that they got the smell out completely.....not a trace of it. And better yet... they guaranteed me that the smell wont come back...and if it does within a year they will retreat it for free. I must say I was extremely satisfied with both the job and that they stand behind their work.
