Collision repair service near Freeport, NY

We are long term former residents of East Meadow and had used Hy Grade Auto Body in the past. We were back in NY for a visit over the Christmas holiday and were in a jam because of a minor accident. We brought our car to Hy Grade on Friday afternoon and needed it fixed that day since we were driving home to Florida that weekend. Justin suggested that we leave the car for a few hours for him to look at. He called us back at 3 PM to say the car was ready. When we picked up the car, it was as good as new. Justin saved the day! So your car was in an accident, go to Reilly’s Auto Collision (140 Cherry Valley Ave West Hempstead, NY 11552), IF YOU WANT TO BE LIED TO AND HAVE THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. The owner MARK’s wife PIERA is the biggest B-tch I have ever met. And when push comes to shove MARK will also show his true colors. I asked for my brand new car to be given replacement parts and was told that “of course it would”. In the end I took it to my mechanic and found out that the parts were repaired even thought the insurance estimate indicated replacement parts and over 30 hours of labor, secondary to replacing vs repairing. Well I filed a complaint with the better business bureau and with the DMV. Reilly’s Auto Collision shouldn't get 1 star... DO NOT GO THERE.
