Collision repair service near Garden City, NY

Originally told 4 weeks to repair my car and now im coming up on the 8 week of work. they claim to have missed several pieces that needed to be fixed at the first inspection, showing they do not put a lot of work into it. The car failed the inspection even after taking double the time. Don't waste your time and money here, go somewhere else.

We are long term former residents of East Meadow and had used Hy Grade Auto Body in the past. We were back in NY for a visit over the Christmas holiday and were in a jam because of a minor accident. We brought our car to Hy Grade on Friday afternoon and needed it fixed that day since we were driving home to Florida that weekend. Justin suggested that we leave the car for a few hours for him to look at. He called us back at 3 PM to say the car was ready. When we picked up the car, it was as good as new. Justin saved the day! I have been a customer for 19 years and always enjoyed great service for my brakes and mufflers. Always repaired on the first visit. Employees are very helpful and friendly and professional. Recently I bought a Acura Mdx and from day one it had a pull. I took to dealer many times, and didn't realize they sub the job out to Mavis next door to them. Once I realized I ran right to my old faithful. Rices automotive. The car was perfect after that...thank God for them.

I’m very happy that I brought my car to Fix they did a very good job my car look like it is a new car.
