Collision repair service near Grand Island, NY

I have been trying to get in touch with Todd for receipts for work done to my car in April of 2010. I never received any receipts after repeated requests. My insurance company has left messages as well, to no avail. My next step will be the Better Business Bureau. I will try again this week, but after that, it is out of my hands.

Look elsewhere, this place has a lack of respect for your auto. They did paint repair to my car and it was nothing but a headache. OVERSPRAY!!! everywhere, interior carpet, door panel and exterior panels not being repaired!!! Didn't plug my headlight back in, door panel installed improper, missing body push pins, and worse of all BAD BLENDING OF PAINT!!. They offered to repair any issues but I told them first impression are everything and you failed miserably.. I took car to another shop to get thing fixed right. Oh yeah forgot to mention the paint started peeling on the edges after 2months, had a another guy look at it, they said no one sanded the surface down and that's why the paint is coming off. If you like your car or truck avoid this place at all costs!!

"Don't come here, unless you want to waste your time and money!! This owner is extremely forgetful, or DOES NOT care about his business or customers. We brought my car in to fix the scratches on the car body and the front bumper. My husband got the price quote through a shop technician, who spoke to his owner on the phone (Jason). When we came to pick it up, there were still several scratches. We spoke directly to the owner; he said it would take 2 days to fix the remaining scratches + buff our entire car (our new request). He gave us his next available date to bring my car back. We dropped my car off again on Tuesday (after 5pm), came on Friday morning, but NOTHING had been done! The owner said he needed 3 days total (initially said 2 days). We happened to go on vacation so we did not pick up the car that day and gave him another 8 days to complete the tasks. He promised to have my car ready on the day we came back in town. ON OUR VACATION, I called the owner again 3 days prior to coming back to remind him. Again, he promised our car would be done on that day. I called the shop at 4pm when I got back in town, still NOTHING was done! His technician said that our car was scheduled to be done the NEXT day!!! I had to call a cab to go to work and go back home that day. I called the owner in the morning at 8am to make sure my car would be done that day so I could go to work the next day. NO apology and he was yelling at me (because I raised my voice like I had no rights to be frustrated being back and forth so many times plus several calls). I was extremely frustrated because every time we go pick up my car I had to pick up my husband from work in Hamburg and pick up my son. Each trip back and forth is more than one hour. I am ready to write a report to the Better Business Bureau about this business.

This guy promises the world and gives you a 2nd rate job. Be carful he is a real smooth talker. Used smashed parts and would not back his horrible workmanship!
