I have been a customer for 19 years and always enjoyed great service for my brakes and mufflers. Always repaired on the first visit. Employees are very helpful and friendly and professional. Recently I bought a Acura Mdx and from day one it had a pull. I took to dealer many times, and didn't realize they sub the job out to Mavis next door to them. Once I realized I ran right to my old faithful. Rices automotive. The car was perfect after that...thank God for them.

Do not go to this shop. They repainted my corner bumper and had caused my doors to have weird water marks that they refuse to fix. I have a brand new BMW X 5 and my front corner bumper was scratched parked on the street one day. So I decided to have them fixed it and it was minor enough. When I pick up my car there was strange/weird water marks all over my driver side car door. They said they will fixed it. After I pick up my car second time, they did nothing about but just polished over it, and they refuse to fix it again. The bumper fix was around 260, but now to fix my doors probably over 1K.

I call this family owned business a salon, because when you get your vehicle back from any kind of repair, it looks and drives like it was the best taken care of vehicle anyone could own. Joe, the owner, personally watches over all the work being done, and never will let anything go out of his shop/Auto Salon without looking perfect. And I mean PERFECTO!!! I have been using this Authobody salon for years and won't consider bringing my vehicle anywhere else. It's Crazy! Nobody looks forward to getting into an accident! But if you do! Worst body shop in queens,Gave my pearl white g35 to them for minor work on the bumper.Got my car back with blue paint and scratches all over my hood, a parking ticket in the mail because they left it outside on the street with out notifying me and then charged me for spraying over a full bumper when they only sprayed a little part.
