I have had my car repaired at Pro Tech Benz several times over the past 2 years and I am very happy with the results. They offer excellent service and are extremely knowable about Mercedes vehicles. Their pricing is very reasonable and they are very straightforward about the repairs. Unlike the dealers they don't try and up sell you on additional repairs that might not be needed. I would highly recommend them to Mercedes owners.

This is not simply a service and gas station - Joe is a community member. When I buy gas in another town, I feel like I'm cheating ! Had a flat tire - they were able to see us immediately and gave us fast and efficient service at a FAIR PRICE!! great place for any auto tune ups! they never tried to upsell us or anything. will definitely be taking our cars there for any needs

Warning please don’t go to these scammers, they charged me 700 to fix the heat in my car. Then go on to say sorry the heat only works on the passenger side and ac only works on driver side and to fix THAT issue they will charge me another 200 for diagnostic and from there it will be anywhere from 1k to 3k more. All they did was change the heat motor in the car which another Machanic I took it to said would have been 200. To top that off they left my driver side window open in the rain and now my car has a puddle in it. PLEASE be aware of these guys they will scam you I promise.
