Collision repair service near Hollis, NY

I have used many shops over the years but now I will only go to Rice's - they are always fair, they know what they are doing, and maybe most importantly: honest! Truly exceptional - definitely recommended!

So your car was in an accident, go to Reilly’s Auto Collision (140 Cherry Valley Ave West Hempstead, NY 11552), IF YOU WANT TO BE LIED TO AND HAVE THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. The owner MARK’s wife PIERA is the biggest B-tch I have ever met. And when push comes to shove MARK will also show his true colors. I asked for my brand new car to be given replacement parts and was told that “of course it would”. In the end I took it to my mechanic and found out that the parts were repaired even thought the insurance estimate indicated replacement parts and over 30 hours of labor, secondary to replacing vs repairing. Well I filed a complaint with the better business bureau and with the DMV. Reilly’s Auto Collision shouldn't get 1 star... DO NOT GO THERE.

I have been using Parkway for over 5 years, and have found them to be the most honest and reliable service center that I have ever used. It is a wonderful feeling knowing that Ronnie and his crew always take great care of my car and if there is a problem they will do a great job fixing it and at a fair price. Went to the shop to get some work done after an unfortunate rear-end collision. I guess you could say the only thing fortunate was that I got to meet the staff of Larry's Auto Collision. They made me feel like family, help me with the Ins. Co. & car rental and got me back in my car ASAP and got it looking showroom new.
