The service was great, Jimmy was a pleasure to talk to over the phone and even nicer in person. He fully explained what was going on with my car and exactly what they did. The price for all the work that was done on our car was very reasonable. I didn’t feel ripped off like I have in the past at other mechanics. The Worst of the Worst I'm from Pennsylvania and was new to New Jersey when my clutch went out on my car. I didn't know any good mechanics so I took a chance with this guy. First, he demanded a deposit to buy parts of $900, then he never bought the parts and I had to, $700 worth. He refused to give back the deposit. Then he took more than seven weeks to return the car to me. He charged me a $100 labor rate, more than any other shop around. His labor total ended up being $1250. He wasn't going to warranty anything unless I paid the balance in cash. In the end, he gave me a hand written "Limited" warranty, whatever "Limited" means. Beware.
