These guys are professional, efficient, and you get your car back within the time frame that is estimated. Overall, I highly recommend this workshop, they are a great team. This is the worse place to go fix your transmission. Within 6 weeks my Tranny gave up on me after I rebuilt it at NYC Transmission shop and now again it's the same thing, the Tranny gave up. They had my car 4 days the first time and when my car break down the second time the keep it for 8 days. When I go for my car I drove almost home the transmission skipping and had to take it back.... The told me $ 1400 when I call them and when I take the car he said its gonna be more. He would have to go in the transmission to see what happened. After he fit it he told me it's gonna be $ 2500... I paid him, he has a sign with free towing with service and I had to pay the towing company both times.
