I've recently had them address various items on my '15 WRX, including the subject Clutch & Flywheel Upgrade, perform an EGR delete, swap plugs, weld/repair a broken exhaust flange plate (which I thought for sure was unfixable without a new plate - Warren is a talented Genius welder) & Tim is a talented Dyno Tuner, (thanks to dyno time at Chameleon Racing in Bohemia). The entire team at Larsen's are super friendly, happy to share educated advice, sharp at finding issues and remedying them - all without charging an arm and a leg. Super flexible too - one of the best experiences I've had with an auto shop in my life - I currently travel over 35miles just to get my car worked on by them... Are used to work at this place and the owner is not a nice person I tried to put my car in the Lyft to get an estimate and he would not allow that telling me to leave that you’re not spending money meanwhile it’s free estimates then he tried to charge my girlfriend $800 to change an O2 sensor in the back of the motor and I looked it up and it wasn’t even that O2 sensor it was the one in the front this guy is a complete rip off and not Nice person I advise everybody to avoid this place 100%

The first-time visit on a Saturday and they treated me like a long-time customer. Very professional and they all know what they are doing. Fair pricing and fast service. A rarity especially in Hunts Point. My mechanic retired after 25 years with him and I've been looking for a place I can trust to take my car for anything I may need. I hope I found the place. The staff at this repair facility handled my vehicle repair with ease,they provided me with simple repair options at a great price.. I am fairly new to New York. You hear often the stereotypes of a dog-eat-dog world. So looking for a mechanic, and honesty, is not an easy task. However, I was in a jam and needed to find one. I came across the reviews for Hughes Motor Corp, and I was immediately impressed to make a call. Vinny answered (he's part of a duo with Kevin). He was very friendly and assuring when I told him about the problems with my Durango. I had AAA tow the car to their workshop in Yonkers. These guys are professional, efficient, and you get your car back within the time frame that is estimated. Overall, I highly recommend this workshop, they are a great team. They will take care of your problems and put you at ease. Cars are expensive toys, what you hope to get is a decent repair job at a fair price. These guys provide both, you'll be in good hands.
