Honest!!!! We had a simple problem that could have been worse. Fixed while we waited and charged a minimal fee. Will only use this facility, very happy!

Our family goes nowhere else when it comes to cars. Sounds like we're related. We are not. This place is bogus. My wife towed there by AAA. Told cost $20 to inspect her tire. After they then said needs to be replaced. She waited over 5 hours while they took in to bays cars that arrived after! When she asked when she might be out of there never an answer from service writer. The tecnition drops car off jack as sales woman and wife watched. Next day I contacted Firestone corporate. Very nice people.. In tern they said they wouuld have the manager ocntact me. Some dim wit named Joel very rude and combative.Called my wife a liar! Over past 60 years my family's trucking business has spent millions on Firestone truck tires. As of today not another dime!

The best in Rockland. Nice guys, no bullcrap. They tell you the way it is. Will not charge you through the nose.

AFTER SPEAKING WITH THEIR HEAD MECHANIC, WE HAD OUR ROLLS ROYCE DELIVERED TO CARRIAGE HOUSE ON APRIL 4, 2013. HE INFORMED US HE WAS AN “EXPERT” AND THAT OUR MECHANICAL ISSUE (THE ALTERNATOR WAS NOT CHARGING) WOULD NOT BE A PROBLEM. HE WANTED $1,000 UP FRONT FOR A “DIAGNOSIS”. WE GAVE HIM THE MONEY. IN MID-MAY HE SAID HE NEEDED MORE TIME AND MONEY. WHEN WE WERE HESITANT, HE TOLD US THAT THE DIAGNOSIS HAD NOW BECOME A MATTER OF “PRIDE” TO HIM AND THAT HE WOULD NOT CHARGE US ANYMORE MONEY. HE WENT SO FAR AS TO TELL US THAT HE HAD A GROUP OF HIS MECHANICS WORKING ON THEIR “OWN TIME” TO ASSIST HIM IN FINDING OUT WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS. HE HELD THE CAR UNTIL JULY 9, 2013 AND WHEN WE ARRIVED TO PICK UP THE CAR (ANOTHER FLAT BED RIDE!), WE HAD TO SIGN A RELEASE. TO THIS DAY HE STILL HAS NOT GIVEN US A DIAGNOSIS AS TO WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE CAR. HOWEVER, WE SHOULD NOTE THAT WHEN WE WENT TO PICK UP THE CAR, IT HAD BEEN FRESHLY WASHED. WE SENT THE CAR TO PATRICK’S IN SIMSBURY, CT. AFTER TWO DAYS IN HIS SHOP, OUR CAR WAS REPAIRED AND IN FANTASTIC WORKING ORDER. IN THE FUTURE, IF WE WANT THE WORLD’S MOST EXPENSIVE CAR WASH, WE WILL SEND OUR CAR TO CARRIAGE HOUSE.
