I have been a customer for 19 years and always enjoyed great service for my brakes and mufflers. Always repaired on the first visit. Employees are very helpful and friendly and professional. Recently I bought a Acura Mdx and from day one it had a pull. I took to dealer many times, and didn't realize they sub the job out to Mavis next door to them. Once I realized I ran right to my old faithful. Rices automotive. The car was perfect after that...thank God for them.

Lance and his small team of mechanics, while all being quite young - are the real-deal - they have turned their personal passions for Subaru (all models & generations) - in to a business - making them a real specialty shop for virtually all your Subaru Auto needs. Don't get me wrong, they are not a 1-trick pony though - they service virtually all makes and models... I've recently had them address various items on my '15 WRX, including the subject Clutch & Flywheel Upgrade, perform an EGR delete, swap plugs, weld/repair a broken exhaust flange plate (which I thought for sure was unfixable without a new plate - Warren is a talented Genius welder) & Tim is a talented Dyno Tuner, (thanks to dyno time at Chameleon Racing in Bohemia). The entire team at Larsen's are super friendly, happy to share educated advice, sharp at finding issues and remedying them - all without charging an arm and a leg. Super flexible too - one of the best experiences I've had with an auto shop in my life - I currently travel over 35miles just to get my car worked on by them... I absolutely love JC. They've provided consistent, reliable service for my car since I moved to the area. They have saved me tons of money- typically in situations where my dealership tries to upsell an unnecessary service not warranty covered. Recently, they looked at a used dealer car I was interested in buying- and found a few potentially costly issues with the vehicle, that were then taken care of by the dealer. They wouldn't take a cent from me for their time. Don't hesitate to use this wonderful, family run auto service.

I am very pleased w/the work Miranda & Sons Automotive did on my 1998 Mazda B2500 w/168,000 miles. It is my only truck that was not running after I got laid off in May. Luis understood my situation and worked w/my situation. If I did not have the lower front ball joints replaced I was possibly looking at serious future problems. I love my truck and it rides almost like new w/all the work his team did. Very professional and a nice team to work with. He also threw in a oil change. I'm happy I found a new mechanic! I have had my car repaired at Pro Tech Benz several times over the past 2 years and I am very happy with the results. They offer excellent service and are extremely knowable about Mercedes vehicles. Their pricing is very reasonable and they are very straightforward about the repairs. Unlike the dealers they don't try and up sell you on additional repairs that might not be needed. I would highly recommend them to Mercedes owners.
