I own a 2014 Honda Pilot and was hit in the front 3 months after I purchased it. The damages on my car looked prety bad, but evn so thank goodness I had no injuries. My car was towed from the scaene of the accident by the police departement to Perfection Auto Collision were the next day I had the pleasure of meeting Wayne the owner. Eventhough my car looked bad Wayne gave me the confidence not to woorry about a thing. He called the insurance company and handled my claim the beging to end without one glitch. When I came to pick my car up I was amazed at the way it came out, it looked like it was a new car again. I highly reccomend Perfection, and Wayne was such a nice person to deal with. They steal Cadillac converters if they don't get money for ur car and u take it somewhere they will steal shit out of ur car and lye to ur face the biggest scum ags I've ever seen and freshly cut I was told and stole shit out the truck biggest low life scumbags ever.

Do not go to this shop. They repainted my corner bumper and had caused my doors to have weird water marks that they refuse to fix. I have a brand new BMW X 5 and my front corner bumper was scratched parked on the street one day. So I decided to have them fixed it and it was minor enough. When I pick up my car there was strange/weird water marks all over my driver side car door. They said they will fixed it. After I pick up my car second time, they did nothing about but just polished over it, and they refuse to fix it again. The bumper fix was around 260, but now to fix my doors probably over 1K.

my first car accident I was recommended by my insurance company to go to grobens. I was apprehensive at first but the staff was very friendly and helpful. I had the estimate done and got into a rental all right in the grobens office. the repairs took a bit longer then I was initially told but the work was great. I couldn't even tell my car had been in an accident. overall I was very happy with the repairs and would definitely go back. lets just hope I don't have to :)

I was referred to Mid Island Collision by Audi Lynbrook to fix a small dent that I sustained to the bottom of my Audi after accidentally driving over a sidewalk curb at 25mph. When I brought my vehicle to Geico for an estimate they quoted me price of $1900 and told me it can possible go up a little more with the supplemental quote from my repair shop which was Mid Island Collision. The supplemental quote from Mid Island Collision was $11,000 (5 times the original quote) for a total of $13750 to fix a very small dent under door and to paint the front bumper and replace the belly pan. I had serious reservations about this estimate and couldn’t believe my insurance company gave them the ok to charge that ridiculous amount. I even drove all the way down to Mid Island Collision to find out what they were charging me so much for. One of the workers told me all the work they were planning on doing (most of it completely unnecessary) with my car and temporarily sold me on keeping the car at Mid Island Collision. On my way home I taught about what the work said but didn’t see the value in them charging $13,750 to fix the frivolous damages to my car that was in excellent condition outside from the small dent under the car. On Monday January 19, 2015, after my visit to the shop on January 17, 2015 (repair wasn’t started when I was there and they are closed on Sunday), I called Mid Island Collision and spoke to a secretary telling her I wanted to pick up my car and go somewhere else for the repair. I was placed on hold for 5 minutes and then the manager Brian came on the phone and told me that they just started on my vehicle this morning. Although I didn’t believe that they started the car that day, I told Brian that I felt the price he was charging was unreasonable and that I expected my car to look Brand New when I receive it back. After having my car for 30days, I called Mid Island to find out what was taking so long. They communicated to me that the car would be ready within 48 hours. I was able to pick up the vehicle within the 48 hours on February 6th 2015. The Vehicle appeared to be in excellent condition (it was late at night so I could truly tell) until I took the car home and saw that the main damages where still not fixed. They used zip-ties to hold up the belly pan and there were still damages to the plastic lining under the car that they were supposed to fixes. I called Mid Island Collision the next day and told them about the incomplete job. They said that they were going to get back to me but never did. I called again during the week of February 9th and was promised that they were going to order the parts and give me a call when they parts came in but again they never got back to me. It is now March 20, 2015 and my car still isn’t complete. I am currently in the process of reporting them to all the relevant agency including Audi of America. Mid Island Collision is an Unscrupulous business and I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy.

Don't waste your time going around getting other estimates. They'll beat the competitor's price by about 30% and will finish faster, too. They did a great job on my 2005 Toyota Avalon. It had a nasty scratch along the side and Maaco fixed it seamlessly in 1 day (other places said 2-3). The owner, Alex, is great to deal with - straight-forward, honest, helpful and really nice.He will do twice as good of a job as those other body shops, for half the price!. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

No matter what the make or model car, new or old Renzo Auto Collision & Repair gets the job done and does it right with minimal wait time. The staff are great and Angela is a gem! The work is quality and prices are right. In the past I've take my new model car to be repaired and most recently in June 2016 I took in my brand new Kia Soul for body work and it looks good as new; the time estimated to fix my car was accurate. My Dad has used Renzo Auto Collision & Repair for several years and now I don't go anywhere else!!!

Run this F & S MotorSport was formerly V & S Auto body, they have a "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau. They do "HORRIBLE REPAIRS". I had to repay another body shop for their mistakes and sue them (with so many other dissatisfied customers...RUN STAY AWAY FROM THEM, I WISHED SOMEONE TOLD ME SOONER!
