I am extremely satisfied and appreciative of the work that the staff at Tolima Auto Center did on my new car. I was very nervous about who was going to work on my brand new car ( Brand new 2016 Jeep Renegade) that was involved in a hit and run just days after it left the dealer. The car looks perfect. You would never know that such intensive work had to be done. Their office staff is responsive, professional and very pleasant. The guys in Middle Village is still thinking about it and the guy in LIC is looking for used transmissions. Mille told me to bring it down and Eka agreed with me that the valve body was defective. VW dealer said $ 3200 and the tranny guys wanted $ 2700 for a used (49K) transmission? At Adria Motors, they treat you as family and take car of your car as if it were their own car. I just want to say thank you, It's been a long time since i have felt good after having my car repaired, my farther was a diehard sears customer until they screwed up his car, we then started going to pepboy's, not much better, my neighbor said go to mavis, wow what a mistake, i was buying tires the next thing i knew they wanted to sell me brakes front and rear, i told them they were just replaced 8 months ago, then they said my struts were no good and that i needed a bunch of services, i was lucky to get out alive. A co worker sent me to roadside tire, they did the right thing on my car so i went back a couple months later with my wife's car and they took care of me again, its like i am a family member it's really great. that's why i am writing this review i hope it helps some one.
