Had a timing chain tensioner issue, it was a big job and knew this was the place to go. Honest about how complicated things can get and with their cost, they did a excellent job. Extremely happy with their service over the years from simple oil changes to most complicated of jobs. These are the guys to go to, no question about it.

I BROUGHT MY TRUCK TO PICAS AUTOMOTIVE IT WAS A PLEASURE DEALING DIRECTLEY WITH THE OWNER.HE SHOWED ME WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND FIXED IT IMMEDIATELY WHEN I TOLD HIM I NEEDED IT FOR WORK.I ASKED HIM TO CHECK MY BRAKES TO SEE IF THEY NEEDED TO BE REPACED HE TOLD ME I STILL HAD 40% LEFT ON THEM I WAS SURPRISED BECAUSE FIRESTONE TOLD ME THEY NEEDED TO BE REPLACED, THATS THE DIFFERANCE BETWEEN A CORPORATE SHOP AND A PRIVATELY OWNED SHOP.THIS IS WHAT THEY CALL OLD SCHOOL IM GLAD THERE IS STILL AN AUTO SHOP LIKE PICAS. I WILL DEFINANTLY BE GOING TO PICAS IN THE FUTURE FOR ALL MY MECHANICAL PROBLEMS... THANKS AGAIN PICAS!!!!

Twin Towers has been my service station/repair shop and especially my fill-up station for more years than I can remember ... I moved here in 1992. From my 1st visit I knew I was in competent hands. By age 67, I’ve had quite a large experience with mechanics, etc. By far Twin Towers is the best. Prompt scheduling for car emergencies, frequent calls with any sub-optimal or abnormal findings, options, estimates, updates, road test results, etc. There are never any surprises. It’s a family-owned business for generations. Twin Towers is the only service station I’ll ever use. “5 stars” doesn’t adequately describe the experience you will have at Twin Towers.

Dana and the rest of the staff are very friendly, and they are very knowledgeable in their field.

My car broke down in a parking lot about 2.5 miles from their location, called up in the morning, dropped off the keys, and that was it, about 3 hours later Dave called to let me know my starter needed to be replaced. The cost incl. having to tow the vehicle was inline with what I was anticipating. They also let me know about a couple of other issues I needed to take care of, and since they already had the vehicle and had earned my trust, I had them take care of everything. I'll definitely be going back...

Lou & his crew are Great! Exceptional honesty and service. They always have my best interest in mind. There are not many shops any more that convey that "Local, Down Home" feel where you know they will do what it takes to keep my car running like new, but P.E.P. Service Center does. For all your European Car Repairs without being ripped off, especially the dealership, ADRIA MOTORS is the place to have the job done right!! The guys in Middle Village is still thinking about it and the guy in LIC is looking for used transmissions. Mille told me to bring it down and Eka agreed with me that the valve body was defective. VW dealer said $ 3200 and the tranny guys wanted $ 2700 for a used (49K) transmission? At Adria Motors, they treat you as family and take car of your car as if it were their own car. I am extremely satisfied and appreciative of the work that the staff at Tolima Auto Center did on my new car. I was very nervous about who was going to work on my brand new car ( Brand new 2016 Jeep Renegade) that was involved in a hit and run just days after it left the dealer. The car looks perfect. You would never know that such intensive work had to be done. Their office staff is responsive, professional and very pleasant.
