Purchased a vehicle, or I should say LEMON from Sunrise Used Cars in Lindenhurst last month, and was informed by the owner Joe at Sunrise, that he sold the car for Elite Motorsports. I have had problems with this vehicle within 2 days after picking it up. I called Joe at Sunrise and requested a refund, he refused and stated he sold the car for Elite Motorsports and to take it up with them. Can you believe the audacity? I paid Sunrise Used Cars and he is passing responsibility onto Elite Motorsports and then they denied Joe's claim. I found Elite Motorsports to be dishonest when I insisted something was terribly wrong with my vehicle, they told me to bring it to their location, and was promised a full diagnostic. I requested the diagnostic report, but they refused it, I asked for their Technician notes, and while Frank, their service manager was looking for them on his computer, he conveniently tells me he accidentally deleted them. I'm told the car was brought there for the inspection, yet how does a vehicle with extremely bad brakes, and other issues pass inspection? My vehicle goes back a second time, and this time I give them a diagnostic report from Audi and Elite Motorsports stated their diagnostic was inaccurate, Audi are thieves and they do not know what they're doing. Diagnostic Reports are inaccurate? REALLY? My vehicle has now been sitting for two days because it has a bad leak. Kai from Elite Motorsports promised me he would pick up my car, but the day my car was suppose to be picked up he calls and states, his truck is down. TRUCK IS DOWN? You fix cars, why is your truck down for two days now? Just more lies. Then he has the audacity to tell me to pay for a tow to his shop. My car vibrates terribly, car is leaking oil (I believe transmission oil) that ruined my driveway. AC doesn't work, and I could go on and on. PLEASE HEED MY WARNING AND STAY FAR AWAY FROM SUNRISE USED CARS AND ELITE MOTORSPORTS. They are dishonest, and they are liars! The ONLY thing that brings me comfort is... G*d above sees everything, and people like this will eventually get what is coming to them. YOU SHOULD ALL BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES!

The service was great, Jimmy was a pleasure to talk to over the phone and even nicer in person. He fully explained what was going on with my car and exactly what they did. The price for all the work that was done on our car was very reasonable. I didn’t feel ripped off like I have in the past at other mechanics. The service person Kenneth Bovain writes up work orders and tells you no work will be done until he calls you for the mechanics findings and what the warranty coverage carrier covers first then totally denies entire agreement expressed, insists you agreed to the service, tells you he will call then will never call you on mechanic check status of your work order, took me 6 phone calls and 2 days to get him to tell me that my car is now being checked by mechanic then tells me warranty does not cover this and that so I must pay up and completely fabricates that I agreed to do oil change which I never did unless covered by warranty then gets so arrogant, condescending, screams you down like a woman refusing to even listen or let the customer put in one sentence totally unprofessional and lacking any shred of customer service etiquette, a total reflection of this entire establishment and how they conduct business. Will never ever go back to this shoddy business establishment. I would rather drive across state lines to get to another cadillac repair place than set foot EVER on this place. Take your business elsewhere people. This business establishment even thinks that the public side walk is their private domain to block with their car inventories forcing pedestrians and wheelchair bound people to step out onto the busy dangerous service roadway just to pass through endangering their own life and limbs. Shameless crooks!

Nicholas S 347-836-1574 - Logistics manager of this body shop had a customer car at his house in South Richmond Hill on June 20 at approximately 4:45 pm. His kid brother backed out of the driveway into my car while I passed by which caused damages to the right side of my car. The cops were summoned and statements were given. My insurance company made numerous attempts to contact this person with no success. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you!

The genesis of my complaint begun on October 28, 2018 when the BMW SUV owned by Mr. Albert xxxx and driven by his wife smashed into my car, a 2004 Toyota Camry, as I pulling into a parking spot. Mr. xxx prevailed on me to seek the good services of his friend’s car repair shop, 2 in 1 Auto Shop, on 1800 Coney Island Ave, Brooklyn, in lieu of seeking a police report. He represented that his friend’s car repair shop will give me discounted repair rates and offered to assist in the repair costs. He also claimed to own a leasing car company and could get me good deals if need be. I had driven my car to that shop the next morning, on October 29th, after changing the wheel the night before, and barely being able to drive it. The shop contacted me that afternoon and told me that the car has extensive damage and not worth fixing. He said that driving it is risky as the front driver side wheel might come off due to the impact of the crash. He further stated that there would be no diagnostic fees or any fees to pay, as Mr. xxx was his friend. I came into the shop after work and decided to ask whether I could leave the car over- night instead. I was afraid to drive it and planned to have it towed the next day. I asked for permission to leave the car on their property. I had no idea that the shop charges fees for over- night stay. The owner consented and said there would be no problems as Albert is their friend. I asked for a written assessment at that point. The written assessed cost of repairing my car was between $2665- $2990. After receiving this assessment, I contacted Mr. xxxx requesting that he share in the damages. Mr. xxxx then refused, claiming that he suffered damage too, and that he was not at fault. Realizing that Mr. xxxx will not share in any of the damages I incurred, I proceeded to call my Insurance carrier to try to recoup my damages from his carrier. The next morning, October 30th, when I came to the shop to pick up my car, I was told by the owners there were fees to pay. Stunned, I asked, “what fees?” “you said yesterday that leaving my car will not be a problem;” to which he responded, “this was before you called the Insurance carrier, and now that you called them, collect the fees from them.” The Car Repair Shop, 2 in 1, refused to release the car to me unless I paid this exuberant cost of over- night storage. Initially they requested $550 but the owner’s father reduced the price to $337.51 and promised credit for the amount- if I do body work on the car for $1,000 at their place. Shameful mobsters
