The service was great, Jimmy was a pleasure to talk to over the phone and even nicer in person. He fully explained what was going on with my car and exactly what they did. The price for all the work that was done on our car was very reasonable. I didn’t feel ripped off like I have in the past at other mechanics. HERE IS A TRUE HONEST REVIEW...IF YOU DON'T WANT A HEADACHE.....DO NOT GO HERE. FIRST, I NOTICED WHEN I WENT THERE IN THE PAST EVERYONE IS CHARGED THE SAME PRICE. I HEARD TWO CUSTOMERS IN FRONT OF ME CHARGED $375.00 FOR A MUFFLER AND PIPE. HOW COULD THREE DIFFERENT CARS BE THE SAME PRICE. HERE IS WHAT GOT ME....THE OWNER ASKED ME TO PAY CASH FOR THE $375.00 PRICE OTHERWISE IT WOULD BE HIGHER AND TAX ON TOP OF THAT. I WAS STILL OFFERED THE LIFETIME WARRANTY EVEN IF PAID CASH. ANYWAY, THE MUFFLER INSTALLED FROM DAY ONE HAD INTERNAL VIBRATION. I WENT BACK SEVERAL TIMES...HE TOLD ME IT WAS THE MOTOR MOUNTS....THEN HE SAID IT WAS THE RIM.....THEN HE JUST SAID THE CAR WAS OLD. (WHAT GREAT ANSWERS) I WENT THERE OVER THREE TIMES AND THEY COULDN'T FIX IT. i WENT TO A LOCAL MECHANIC AND HE SAID IT WAS THE MUFFLER. I WENT BACK TO MEINEKE AND HE SAID WHERE IS THE RECEIPT, AND I TOLD HIM YOU KNOW YOU ASKED ME TO PAY CASH. ANYWAY, HE OFFERED TO FIX FOR $250.00....REALLY IS THAT FAIR, BEWARE ALL

My brand new Lincoln had just been driven over a small landslide caused by heavy rains. I had two flat tires and a ruined front wheel and was 300 miles from home. AAA sent Armonk Garage to help me and I was very pleased with the service. The truck arrived on time, picked up the car, my wife and I and then found the nearest Lincoln dealer. Although the dealer was some distance away the driver took us there, unloaded the car interfaced with the service people and did not charge us. He was helpful, courteous, and sympathetic. He made a bad situation much better. Thanks.

Right when I thought this was a reputable shop. This is absolutely the worst shop/junkyard you can go to. Had Mazin and Pete rebuild my engine on my 2013 X5 and literally 8 days later, it goes bad and their excuse is”oil cooler”. I will get every penny back and I will make sure everyone knows about the scam operation you are running there. Mazen and Pete, Karma will bite you back and I’ll see you in court. I will not let this pass. What a scamming shop that doesn’t stand behind their work or anything they do. If you don’t believe me, look at all the reviews engine rebuild reviews. These guys don’t know what they are doing nor what they are talking about. Unfortunately for you, you messed around with he wrong guy.
