Horrible nightmare. Rude customer service and shoddy work. Dave and his wife actually sent a repair boy outside to confront and threaten me. Please be careful with this business. They could actually be physically dangerous.

We broke down on I-684 and had no choice about getting our fuel pump replaced here. The good - They were able to get to our car the next day (Saturday) and get it done and they gave our family of 4 a ride to a hotel. The bad - They are *very* expensive. While the parts and labor charges were clear and technically correct, they were at the very top of the high end of the range for everything. They were as expensive (or more) than going to a dealer! I had asked if they could cut us a bit of a break, given their high prices and our financial situation (We are not well off, as evidenced by our 11 year old car). But they would not even consider giving us even a dime of discount.

I have been using Sierra Auto for over 15 years. The tech (Johnny Jr.) is a ASE master tech. Really knows his stuff. They were always able to work out pricing from day one. They also stand behind their work. I would recommend them any day.

I WENT TO STAR COLLISION CENTER FOR MY AUTO REPAIR OF MY AUTOMOILE AND I HAD HORRIBLE EXPERIRNCE FOR THEM FIXING MY CAR AND OWNER WAS NOT WILLING TO FIX THE PROBLEM WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS AUTOBODY SHOP TO NOBODY VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER
