They earned my trust and loyalty with their fair prices and honesty. The work they performed on my cars is superior to all other service stations AND the dealers I have used.

Performance is as good as it gets. Need a car, reasonable? Coby has choices for you. Need service? Johnny will get you back on the road quickly and very reasonably. Our family goes nowhere else when it comes to cars. Sounds like we're related. We are not. I was very disappointed with Brownell Motors Service Dept. I have a 1997 Saab 900. I had my car towed on March 10, 2011 due to the fact it had stalled out and was having problems restarting. Once it got to Brownell Service it was running and I was told they could not find anything wrong. I brought my car home and a week later the same thing happened and the car was totally dead. Now they told me I needed a new battery. The next day my check engine light and gear box light went on with a slight stall. Still they could not find a problem. The service advisor told me they could not check out what was wrong. I was extremely frustrated and annoyed. I finally found anoher mechanic that works exclusively on Saabs and they said the ignition switch needed to be replaced. My Saab is now running fine.

I experienced problem with my exhaust system when out of town. When I returned late in the afternoon, I contacted North Road and they were able to get me right in and complete the repair quickly. Very experienced with common problems for my vehicle make. Great job.

Hello Everyone, I would like to share my repair experience with foreign auto repair service: Both Glenn & Lisa were consummate professionals during the entire process of troubleshooting my diesel Range Rover. They kept me abreast on the entire process, provided a thorough photo of all the work provided with photos of the work conducted allowed me to use their car while they repaired my car which is above and beyond generous. Glenn kept me posted through txt messages daily. They isolated the problem, worked with the warranty company on the repair cost ensured I understood what I was responsible for on the repair cost and returned my car back repaired. Thank you for the great service it’s appreciated. I will be back hopefully not to soon but when needed I will entrust you to work on my again in the future. Joe V. ??
