This is not simply a service and gas station - Joe is a community member. When I buy gas in another town, I feel like I'm cheating ! Please be careful here, they will cheat you on inspection prices. Please make sure they print out the inspection report from the inspection machine, so you can check for the consistency of the price you were charged vs what the report says the charge is.
