my first car accident I was recommended by my insurance company to go to grobens. I was apprehensive at first but the staff was very friendly and helpful. I had the estimate done and got into a rental all right in the grobens office. the repairs took a bit longer then I was initially told but the work was great. I couldn't even tell my car had been in an accident. overall I was very happy with the repairs and would definitely go back. lets just hope I don't have to :)

I own a 2014 Honda Pilot and was hit in the front 3 months after I purchased it. The damages on my car looked prety bad, but evn so thank goodness I had no injuries. In another life,when I wore a much younger mans clothes- I was a collision painter. This is a highly specialized skill,as color matching is an art. I mention this to qualify my recommendation. After some better than average driver merged into the side of my car on the southern state, my trusted mechanic referred me to John / Concours auto body, as he knew what a fussy prick I can be- and how important the right job is to me..cost being secondary. The job was clean- ( no overspray on the car, primer nor overspray in the jambs, compound snot in the seams . .)- Body/seam putty work was top shelf and perfectly matched factory applications- Paint color and orange peel match was flawless- Service was timely and as promised. Having seen what some other body shops offer up as a "professional" service, I would safely say Concours auto body stands out in the crowd.

They steal Cadillac converters if they don't get money for ur car and u take it somewhere they will steal shit out of ur car and lye to ur face the biggest scum ags I've ever seen and freshly cut I was told and stole shit out the truck biggest low life scumbags ever.

I found a great staff of caring people who did most of the paper work for me, a walk through the spotless shop showed me what a professionally run facility this is. But the best was getting my car back, it was perfect just like the day I got it.
