The service was great, Jimmy was a pleasure to talk to over the phone and even nicer in person. He fully explained what was going on with my car and exactly what they did. The price for all the work that was done on our car was very reasonable. I didn’t feel ripped off like I have in the past at other mechanics. I went in for a flat tire and these guys were great. they fit me in right before they closed and couldn't be nicer. I thought they'd tried to get me in and out so fast but the mechanic stayed after his shift was over to help me. I couldn't be happier with the service so even though I own a Honda I brought my car to them for my next service. Its been 4 years now and I still feel like a friend when I walk in and Joe, Mike, Helene and the gang make me feel comfortable, like they're not going to rip me off like the guys in new rochelle. thanks for staying honest, dch toyota city has a class act bunch. I may even buy a toyota next month when my lease is up :0)

DO NOT GO HERE Completely rude service by Javier Rodriguez. Is it normal to have the asst. manager yell and curse at you?? It's a problem when the guy working on your car has no clue what he's doing. And don't question him cuz he'll call the cops on you. Telling costumers that "we have to put this in" because thats what the computer tells us your car needs is not true and it's terrible practice by this company. They lie and if you're a female they will try to take advantage of you. Just stay away. It's no wonder I was warned to not go by myself.

Would you believe the estimate I got from a local new car dealer was almost $2400.00 for a leaking intake gasket and they needed 2 weeks to complete the repair.At this location which i stop to gas up my vehicle they found a cracked vacum hose ..my invoice bottom number was $89.00...i just couldnt believe my eyes...next day i drove my car with a pleasure which i coulnt for a long time...Moustapha is a great person to talk to..what a great personality..

They are a bunch of liars and thieves charged us over $2700 for work they did not perform stay away a bunch of sharks I wish corporate would come down and investigate this put my vehicle on a lift compare the receipt to the work that they actually did liars and thieves they need to be put out of business I originally thought it was 1700 when looking at the receipt discovered it was 2700 besides that left all the Lugnuts loose on the front right tire only hand tight shame on you

Nicholas S 347-836-1574 - Logistics manager of this body shop had a customer car at his house in South Richmond Hill on June 20 at approximately 4:45 pm. His kid brother backed out of the driveway into my car while I passed by which caused damages to the right side of my car. The cops were summoned and statements were given. My insurance company made numerous attempts to contact this person with no success. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you!

I took my car to this place because I had non-working wiper blades. The mechanic did a diagnostic check and claimed that I needed to replace the entire fuse box and that it would cost me $400 plus $95/hr for labor. I suggested that he consider looking into the relay, instead, as the problem but he refused to check if the relay was the actual problem. He continued to put pressure on me to buy the fuse box immediately and when I told him that I found the fuse box online for $200 he dropped the subject. I decided to go with my instinct and order a relay online which only cost me $16. I left and went home. Once the relay arrived at my home, I replaced it and my wiper blades were working again. Its mechanics like the ones at this place that give the good and honest mechanics a bad reputation. He almost ripped me off for $500-600 and the problem was a $16 cost. If you decide to take your car to this place, do your homework first, and get ready to get ripped off!!! And don't be fooled by the smiles, they are a bunch of thieves!
