you couldn't even get my oil change right. I told ya my car needed 0W20. I told you in the beginning you didn't even listen. thank god I saw your guy grab the wrong oil (5W40) other wise I would have driven home without knowing my car got a wrong oil change . I also came for amsoil and you got me something completely different. The wrong oil you put in my car was not amsoil and the later one you changed was not amsoil either after you realized you made a mistake. The oil was something from a steel drum. who knows what's inside there and the guy who pump the oil out the drum didn't even know how much he should pump. at that point I already felt unsafe and I quickly googled another service center that had amsoil and was just a few miles away. I went there (my car was already driving weird tho) and the manager or supervisor immediately knew what oil my car needed and how much it needed after lookup in his computer. He brought the oil to me and it's exactly the amsoil my car uses. I changed the oil again there and what upset me again was that the tech told me the oil filter was leaking. What a nice job you have done. and after failing to perform this basic work, you still charged me 150$, for unknown quality of oil and unfit oil filter. do you even feel shame? stop throwing those BS canned messages like "Please call us at 516-518-5552" to show you care but in fact you don't at all.

We are long term former residents of East Meadow and had used Hy Grade Auto Body in the past. We were back in NY for a visit over the Christmas holiday and were in a jam because of a minor accident. We brought our car to Hy Grade on Friday afternoon and needed it fixed that day since we were driving home to Florida that weekend. Justin suggested that we leave the car for a few hours for him to look at. He called us back at 3 PM to say the car was ready. When we picked up the car, it was as good as new. Justin saved the day! Scammers run far away they act nice to get your money then leAve your car on the street 6 days NO WORK DONE then they talk shit to you about not including extra damage for insurance to Cover I am disgusted and I urge you to not go there if professionalism is what your looking for you will NOT find it here

Had a fantastic experience over at Brookside. It's never convenient to go without your car, and body damage repairs are always a mystery... But Paul and Richie over at Brookside really take care of you. I mean, I was blown away by their responsiveness, patience in explaining everything, and resourcefulness in arranging rental cars and dealing with insurance companies. My truck was back exactly when they said it would be. And it hasn't looked this good since the day I brought it from the dealer.

I was in an accident and i needed a new bumper and my quarter panel repaired. Pete and the guys were very nice, honest, professional and got the job done quickly. If I ever need body work done I'm going there.
