R&M is unreliable and tremendously irresponsible company. I got good experience with the company back in 2008; however, the company was under different management. The individuals that are running the company now should not be trusted with your vehicle. Unfortunately, I did not check their references before I left my car with this company for repairs. I was curious because I first went to G & M on 7/11/11 to get an estimate and I was told not o worry that they will take care of all the insurance insurances errands. I took the car with me until the insurance gave me the O.K. to leave the car with M & G. The managers from R & M called me every single day pushing and stalking me. How naïve I was that I still gave them my business. Please do not trust these people with your car.

My car was impaled by a 7 foot 3x3 post at 70 mph on the LIE, crumpling my roof and shattering my windshield and damaging some of the interior. Steves did a phenomenal job, head to toe. My car came out beautiful, and he even vacuumed, cleaned the dash with armor-all, and put a new interior light in the car. He also dealt with the Insurance Company directly and handled everything. I literally dropped the car off and picked it up when I was done. So happy I went to Steve to get my car bodywork done. And no, I did not know Steve beforehand. He came as a referral from my babysitter. I would recommend him to anybody.

A series of recent repairs made on my vehicle by “Bill” had resulted in my having a strong desire to replace my vehicle. Despite the potential monies that Bill Leahy knew he was most likely to make, providing future repairs on my vehicle, he selflessly sacrificed his own personal future financial gains to save me his customer from spending money needlessly. Bill made a personal phone call to a good friend at a Mahwah Honda Dealership, and explained my situation. This whole scenario began on a Saturday. By Monday I was driving out of that same dealership with what I now refer to as “My Miracle Car from God”, a brand new fully loaded 2014 Honda CRV with absolutely no money down. At this present time, there exist several thousand independently owned and operated auto repair shops in New York State. He has unequivocally demonstrated his personal life philosophy, that business and life is about more than just money. This place is run by a shady and crook mechanic. EVERYONE from my city knows this guy will not only ripe you off but make you pay more once the job is performed.... If you don't pay he will KEEP YOUR CAR and charge a storage fee !?!? Im not talking out of anger but out of pure reasoning. This place will try and strip every single dollar from you. STAY AWAY!!!

If you want a brand new car after an accident this is the place to go. Family owned business treating its customers like family, great customer service, quality repair at a short period of time . Highly recommend.
