I am fairly new to New York. You hear often the stereotypes of a dog-eat-dog world. So looking for a mechanic, and honesty, is not an easy task. However, I was in a jam and needed to find one. I came across the reviews for Hughes Motor Corp, and I was immediately impressed to make a call. Vinny answered (he's part of a duo with Kevin). He was very friendly and assuring when I told him about the problems with my Durango. I had AAA tow the car to their workshop in Yonkers. These guys are professional, efficient, and you get your car back within the time frame that is estimated. Overall, I highly recommend this workshop, they are a great team. They will take care of your problems and put you at ease. Cars are expensive toys, what you hope to get is a decent repair job at a fair price. These guys provide both, you'll be in good hands. The remote start we purchased for my wife's Lincoln has been faulty since they first put it in. Fast forward to TWO separate trips to have the issue fixed, and they seem to be trying to blame Lincoln for the problem. They eventually got it fixed and said it was something having to do with a blown fuse or a short in the fuse box. I'm happy that it is finally fixed, but I did not appreciate the accusatory way they went at my wife. The owner's mother should be ashamed, the way he talks to a woman is disgraceful. We will not be returning any time soon.
