Rich and his team are highly professional! I Had him do a safety check over my entire vehicle before a road trip. He gave me a thorough list of my vehicles issues and never pressured me into doing any work. We worked through what was important to keep the car going and what could wait for a later date. He has a very clean shop filled with friendly faces that remembered me by name after only meeting once, and most importantly gave a speedy repair that was affordable to keep a young college student on the road! My car broke down in a parking lot about 2.5 miles from their location, called up in the morning, dropped off the keys, and that was it, about 3 hours later Dave called to let me know my starter needed to be replaced. The cost incl. having to tow the vehicle was inline with what I was anticipating. They also let me know about a couple of other issues I needed to take care of, and since they already had the vehicle and had earned my trust, I had them take care of everything. I'll definitely be going back...

I have been bringing my cars to Oakwood Car Care for as long as they have been open. I have always been treated professionally and with care. Joe , the owner is always both personable and helpful. Mike, the manager is friendly, efficient, caring, knowledgeably, and ever so helpful. He oversees the work and you almost never have to come back after a repair. I have had my car fixed at this shop numerous times. I would recommend them to anyone. It is always difficult to find a repair shop where you trust the people who are servicing your car...This is that place! They tell it like it is. No unneeded services or surprise extras when you go to pay the bill. To be fair, I had one uncomfortable situation arise with them. However, I was the one that made them uncomfortable (long story I wont bore you with) and once it was explained (professionally I might add), the situation was corrected and I continue to have my car serviced there. If you're tired of getting robbed for your automotive needs or getting less than you paid for - then this is the place for you. Lance and his small team of mechanics, while all being quite young - are the real-deal - they have turned their personal passions for Subaru (all models & generations) - in to a business - making them a real specialty shop for virtually all your Subaru Auto needs. Don't get me wrong, they are not a 1-trick pony though - they service virtually all makes and models... I've recently had them address various items on my '15 WRX, including the subject Clutch & Flywheel Upgrade, perform an EGR delete, swap plugs, weld/repair a broken exhaust flange plate (which I thought for sure was unfixable without a new plate - Warren is a talented Genius welder) & Tim is a talented Dyno Tuner, (thanks to dyno time at Chameleon Racing in Bohemia). The entire team at Larsen's are super friendly, happy to share educated advice, sharp at finding issues and remedying them - all without charging an arm and a leg. Super flexible too - one of the best experiences I've had with an auto shop in my life - I currently travel over 35miles just to get my car worked on by them... Are used to work at this place and the owner is not a nice person I tried to put my car in the Lyft to get an estimate and he would not allow that telling me to leave that you’re not spending money meanwhile it’s free estimates then he tried to charge my girlfriend $800 to change an O2 sensor in the back of the motor and I looked it up and it wasn’t even that O2 sensor it was the one in the front this guy is a complete rip off and not Nice person I advise everybody to avoid this place 100%

I have been going to Ossie's since my first car for service and repairs. His team is very professional. If you have a question via phone, he is happy to help you out and if you need an appointment will get you in quickly so that you can get back on the road.

STAY AWAY!! - Terrible Customer Service Do not bring your car here, you will regret it. I have taken my car here a few times because it is close to work and every time i have they tried to charge me for work they never told me they were doing. I doubt they even did any work. They told me they were charging me for turning off the check engine light. When i got in my car to leave the check engine light was still on. They are a bunch of arrogant a holes. Do not go here.

Excellent shop! I was having electrical issues with my 1996 Jeep and it proved very tricky to diagnose. The folks here were able to figure it out, fix the problems and do it for a very reasonable price! I have already recommended them to a few friends. If and when I need a mechanic again, I'll be back.
