Collision repair service near Patchogue, NY

They post a lifetime warranty on their web site but that's false. They do not guarantee their work! Had my car fixed there and they refused to fix it without additional charges. Be sure you take a picture of your engine and gas level as they will siphon gas and give you old parts (if your parts are newer). They put an older battery in my car that died withing a week. They'll deny everything, so you'll be stuck with additional repair costs. They made a mistake by repairing my car and thought wrong because I know about cars, just can't perform body work. Beware as this place is NOT reputable. Go elsewhere at all costs!! Gave 1 start because I could not give negative stars.

Great - just great. They act as a customer advocate, helping you navigate the bumpy path of filing an insurance claim. I had a minor fender bender, but I did not have rental insurance. 1042 went out of their way to speed up the repair so I could get my car back as quickly as possible. They are friendly, fast, and thoroughly professional. I hope I never need to go back, but if I'm ever in an accident I will absolutely go back!

Rich & his team are amazing! From the start he made a very unpleasant situation painless (sending tow truck, we dropped off our rental at his shop & he arranged to get it back to enterprise etc.) and kept us informed the entire way. I was only interested in working with an entrusted Audi factory repair shop and Elrich certainly has rightfully earned their position on that list. My previously smushed car looks better then new, it's clear they take pride in all aspects of their work, with is rare these days. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Elrich to ANYONE! Thanks Rich!
