Purchased an S550 used. Had a couple of issues with the head rest ($550.00) and the seat kept breaking. Brought it in several times and finally got it fixed. Took the car in for a routine service and ended up with a $2,000 in July and then a $3,000 bill in November for brakes and tires. The rubber around the door is falling off and they told me that's common with these cars! (What!?) It's now December and my radio wasn't working so I brought it in again. They said I have two leaks and quoted me $135.00 to diagnose the problem and then charged me over $200 to diagnose it. They have had the car for 5 days now and they are telling me it is $2500.00 to fix the radio because it is on the same circuit as something else. UTTERLY RIDICULOUS! To say I am disappointed would be an understatement! The car is beautiful to look at and I love driving it! But, if the car needs a couple of thousand dollars in service every couple of months, what good is it?! My opinion: Buy a Lexus!

Ron and everyone at Autobahn are courteous, fair and trustworthy. They've gone above and beyond, even giving me a ride home when I had none and when the work was expected to take some time. I needed a new truck and found an ad for a Ford F-350 for a grand less than everyone else. Apparently there was a mistake on their ad and the vehicle was marked as being a thousand dollars less than what it was supposed to be. Now most of the places that I have been to would normally apologize and try to sell me something older for cheaper but mike the owner just knocked the price down to match the ad. Everyone was really friendly and professional and I haven't had any problems with the truck.

Since Jim Juliani sold me a lemon, I have tried to have this business just fix the problem. I bought a 2007 Nissan maxima with 170,000 miles for $5500. I was assured that the car would be inspected and all NECESSARY repairs would be made. Since the first day I had this car it has been leaking oil. I have spent over 1000.00 dollars trying to get this oil leak fixed and brought the car into juliani himself 3 times and he claims the car can't be fixed and I should not expect a car I bought from him to be like new. New?!?!?! How about sell me a car that holds oil..it's kind of important!!! Well the car can be fixed I just can't afford the extra cost. Juliani has not looked at this car once and he won't make the NECESSARY repairs as promised to me.

Took my '04 Honda Civic in for a brake problem. Was told everything - rotors, pads, calipers, lines - needed to be replaced, was quoted $2500. Had the car towed at my own expense to another shop. Other shop diagnosed a broken brake line, cost me $228 to have it repaired. Brakes work fine now. Will not ever go here again.
