The service was great, Jimmy was a pleasure to talk to over the phone and even nicer in person. He fully explained what was going on with my car and exactly what they did. The price for all the work that was done on our car was very reasonable. I didn’t feel ripped off like I have in the past at other mechanics. In Last week, the Right Axle of my Honda Accord Broke, it was Friday Noon. I called Freddy and tell him what happed, and I ask if I will drop the car to get fix, which I did. they got the car and worked on it in Saturday their closing day. they replace the both Axle because the left one was damaged also with very very reasonable price. I made my payment over the phone, and pick up my car in same day. its really a great service, very helpful, and very friendly team. It's not my first experience with Freddy, but this time they really exceeded my expectation. thank you Freddy and big thanks to your Lady in charge and to the whole team. I really recommand Freddy services to anyone who looks for great service with reasonable price.

I have a 2008 Impreza with 60K on odometer that stalled on a stop light. I call the tow company and suggest the nearest auto shop. Unfortunately it was Auto Tech in Stamford. Service writer told me $129 for diagnose before he can give estimated price for a repair. He call later that day and said the technician has found nothing major issue except I need a new battery and minor engine tune-up. He quoted a price of $650. I said I have other concern about my AC is not blowing cold. He said they will do another diagnose and give me a quote to fix it. They found out my car need a new AC condenser which cost $750 to fix. All in all I paid $1400 after my Triple A discount. I ask about the warranty he said 2 years. After a month my AC is not working again so I bring it back and they told me the new AC condenser works fine the problem is the compressor it need to be replace. it’s kind of fishy to me because when they diagnose my AC for the first time there’s nothing wrong with the compressor now they insist it’s broken and wants me to spend a $1000. Sorry to say but these guys are crooks and untrustworthy. I suggest to avoid this shop they will take your money and never fix the problem.
