They did not come through. I do believe that a failed ignition cylinder can be fixed but apparently he did not want to devote the time to fix it. It took me 8 days to realize that he was not giving my car the service that it needed. I initially tried to give him the benefit of the doubt. But after having to initiate all the calls to his shop and losing confidence, I realized that he was not going to do the job. I ended up towing my car from his shop with no apology from him or no effort to meet me half way with the towing. The address is actually 109 route 112.

Don't get me wrong, they are not a 1-trick pony though - they service virtually all makes and models... I've recently had them address various items on my '15 WRX, including the subject Clutch & Flywheel Upgrade, perform an EGR delete, swap plugs, weld/repair a broken exhaust flange plate (which I thought for sure was unfixable without a new plate - Warren is a talented Genius welder) & Tim is a talented Dyno Tuner, (thanks to dyno time at Chameleon Racing in Bohemia). The entire team at Larsen's are super friendly, happy to share educated advice, sharp at finding issues and remedying them - all without charging an arm and a leg. Super flexible too - one of the best experiences I've had with an auto shop in my life - I currently travel over 35miles just to get my car worked on by them... The address listed is outdated: they are located at 26 Potter Ave, Patchogue, NY. This shop has terrific mechanics, fair prices, and they stand by their work. We have been bringing our cars there for 20 years. They complete the work quickly and are absolutely trustworthy.

This is definitely the best shop in CT! Very responsive team, very professional, and gets it done right! Beautiful facility, very friendly staff, and they won't try and sell you on something that they wouldn't put in their own cars! Highly recommended! Steve Nixter
