Had a fantastic experience over at Brookside. It's never convenient to go without your car, and body damage repairs are always a mystery... But Paul and Richie over at Brookside really take care of you. I mean, I was blown away by their responsiveness, patience in explaining everything, and resourcefulness in arranging rental cars and dealing with insurance companies. We are long term former residents of East Meadow and had used Hy Grade Auto Body in the past. We were back in NY for a visit over the Christmas holiday and were in a jam because of a minor accident. We brought our car to Hy Grade on Friday afternoon and needed it fixed that day since we were driving home to Florida that weekend. Justin suggested that we leave the car for a few hours for him to look at. He called us back at 3 PM to say the car was ready. When we picked up the car, it was as good as new. Justin saved the day!
