Collision repair service near Rye, NY

I have been using Parkway for over 5 years, and have found them to be the most honest and reliable service center that I have ever used. Went to the shop to get some work done after an unfortunate rear-end collision. I guess you could say the only thing fortunate was that I got to meet the staff of Larry's Auto Collision. They made me feel like family, help me with the Ins. Co. & car rental and got me back in my car ASAP and got it looking showroom new.

They post a lifetime warranty on their web site but that's false. They do not guarantee their work! Had my car fixed there and they refused to fix it without additional charges. Be sure you take a picture of your engine and gas level as they will siphon gas and give you old parts (if your parts are newer). They put an older battery in my car that died withing a week. They'll deny everything, so you'll be stuck with additional repair costs. They made a mistake by repairing my car and thought wrong because I know about cars, just can't perform body work. Beware as this place is NOT reputable. Go elsewhere at all costs!! Gave 1 start because I could not give negative stars.

Do not go to this shop. They repainted my corner bumper and had caused my doors to have weird water marks that they refuse to fix. I have a brand new BMW X 5 and my front corner bumper was scratched parked on the street one day. So I decided to have them fixed it and it was minor enough. When I pick up my car there was strange/weird water marks all over my driver side car door. They said they will fixed it. After I pick up my car second time, they did nothing about but just polished over it, and they refuse to fix it again. The bumper fix was around 260, but now to fix my doors probably over 1K.
