We took our car into Louis Shorter to repair some body damage. Since we were on a budget we wanted to limit the work to what was necessary to make the car driveable and safe, Louis Shorter more than fulfilled our requirements. His original estimate was spot-on, he walked us around the car showing us exactly what he would need to do, and checking with us on optional work. He told us that he suspected there might be additional damage that was not visible until the bumpers were removed, and told us almost to the penny what the price would be if that was the case. He saved all damaged parrts. The final price was more than reasonable, and included washing the car. We ended up paying about $100 less than we had originslly expected, based upon other estimates. I highly recommend this business.

Other than them installing the wrong light and a couple of hood bolts rolling around under the hood plus I had $60.00 worth of my property stolen out of my glove box. I would expect more from a shop that has been in business for such a long time. the owner cut me a deal on the price so it seems like this is no big deal to him. it is to me. if you wanted the property that bad I would have gave it to you. I was told by another party that's why they closed there other location.
