Shawn and his crew addressed all of this repair and reviewed in detail what all of the expenses were prior to my commitment to doing the work. Any questions I had were answered immediately and if there were any unforeseen issues, I was assured via phone calls that the right job would be done. They have made me feel secure in that both myself and my family would be safer after this repair. My car rides and steers as good as it did when I first bought it. I have been a customer for 19 years and always enjoyed great service for my brakes and mufflers. Always repaired on the first visit. Employees are very helpful and friendly and professional. Recently I bought a Acura Mdx and from day one it had a pull. I took to dealer many times, and didn't realize they sub the job out to Mavis next door to them. Once I realized I ran right to my old faithful. Rices automotive. The car was perfect after that...thank God for them.

Please be careful here, they will cheat you on inspection prices. Please make sure they print out the inspection report from the inspection machine, so you can check for the consistency of the price you were charged vs what the report says the charge is.

15 years go I found Sonny's shop in Nassau with a parking lot full of Porsches. I was very glad to find such an honest and dependable mechanic, especially since servicing these cars is usually expensive. He has always done the right thing for me, and is reasonably priced considering his skill level and the cars he works on. I went away for a few years to go to school, get married, and have kids, and was very pleased to see him still in business! He's got my car right now, and I'm excited to get it back once he gets it straight again. I would trust him with anything that moves.

Nicholas S 347-836-1574 - Logistics manager of this body shop had a customer car at his house in South Richmond Hill on June 20 at approximately 4:45 pm. His kid brother backed out of the driveway into my car while I passed by which caused damages to the right side of my car. The cops were summoned and statements were given. My insurance company made numerous attempts to contact this person with no success. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you!
