Mr. PEDRO SOSA, the manager who assisted me, has been very pleasant and patient and explained in details of the warranty I am entitled to and other info. He is approachable in spite of his busy schedule and answered my questions immediately. Also, he made a follow-up call to make sure everything is all right and apologized for my long wait, which I understood due to the busy day. The service was great, Jimmy was a pleasure to talk to over the phone and even nicer in person. He fully explained what was going on with my car and exactly what they did. I absolutely love JC. They've provided consistent, reliable service for my car since I moved to the area. They have saved me tons of money- typically in situations where my dealership tries to upsell an unnecessary service not warranty covered. Recently, they looked at a used dealer car I was interested in buying- and found a few potentially costly issues with the vehicle, that were then taken care of by the dealer. They wouldn't take a cent from me for their time. Don't hesitate to use this wonderful, family run auto service.

This is not simply a service and gas station - Joe is a community member. When I buy gas in another town, I feel like I'm cheating ! DO NOT USE THIS SHOP. charged for repairs they did not complete, lft with damages and the "GUranty" isn't worth the paper it's written on. Shoddy, dishonest.
